Cynthia Ronkowski
Bioinformatics Analyst
Cynthia was working as a Bioinformatics Analyst at Mangul Lab. She graduated from the University of California: Santa Cruz with a Biology B.S. major and Bioinformatics Minor where she pursued her interests of ‘omics, bioinformatics, microbiology, and data visualization. Her past lab experience includes a senior thesis in Marine Microbial Ecology, and REU research on the physiological and genomic characterization of a deep-sea hydrothermal vent microbe. Here at Mangul Lab, she will be developing and benchmarking software in the field of Immunogenomics.
