Viorel MUNTEANU is a graduate student pursuing his PhD in Bioinformatics at Technical University of Moldova. He got his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Genetics at Moldova State University and Lausanne University, Switzerland. Currently, as part of Mangul Lab, Viorel is working on developing and benchmarking software in the field of metagenomics. His interests include functional genomics, bioinformatics and data science.
